To busy to assist

I am not impressed at all. In 2020 my debit orders just stopped with no communication i have tried to get hold of the accounts department to find out what is going on with no luck no one ever gets back to you. I would like to find out what is happening with my account. I still show that I am under debt review however nothing is happening no one is coming back to me no correspondence as to why my debit order has been stopped no statements have been send to me nothing.

Please can someone look into this and get back to me I have contacted the office numerous times which I only get told the person that needs to assist me is busy they cannot talk to me now they will contact me back and then no one ever gets back to me.

Please let me know what is going on.
