Till death do us apart

On the 10th of April the public relations officer promised me that my Wesbank account will be settled end of April which the account is accuring interest and penalties for non Payment. And she also promised that she will escalate the matter to a senior manager which never happened. All they can do is lie and take your money every month. Seem to me that once you signed up with Debt Rescue only death will do you apart. Being 9 year's already and no one can tell me why. the process takes that long.

Why is there no mention on the emails what was supp**** by me to your offices since December 2023. Where your offices confirmed in writing that the second vehicle was also to be settled in February. Just to find that the vechile was removed from your distrution system and was also confirmed by your employees that the vehicle has been settled That the vehicle was indeed not settled and I did continue paying monthly interest whick would have been prohibited by Debt Rescue but on all your response to me you are not touching on the written proof on the 'settled vechile "provided by Debit Rescue in written emails. I want to know exactly why did this happen and why is it not addressed in your response. From my point of view Debt Counseling make me paid more interest on purpose. I also want to bring under your attention that it is not unseen and want to know the reason.
