Ticket Pending - Owe Money

I did this not to get more unnecessary debt, but now it is even worse. I had to make arrangements with my child's schools and my landlord because of this mess that you caused. I am still waiting for the money that you guys took that you said would be paid back almost a week ago. First, a lady from Skuldhulp helped me then on the 2nd of May all my debtors took their installments and Debt Rescue also. This lady Jean was fast to help me when signing with them but when I had a problem she took her time. Then finally on the 6th May another lady took over my ticket Rejoice she helped me very nicely on the 6th and 7th, but on the 8th when I phoned Miranda/Marinda said she was busy on a call she used to phone me back and didn't, on the 9th today when I phoned she was not at work she was off.
