They dont do what has been requested!
<p>An amount that was over paid was paid back to my PDA (Debt Rescue), I requested the amount be distributed to my last remaining account because the other one is paid up, and supp**** the paid up letter, also requesting the account be removed from my statement (On 18 May 2016), and today (23 May 2016), they split the amount between the 2 accounts! They are slow at processing such simple requests! and now leaving another mess for me to sort out because they are to slow.,.</p>
