THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR CURRENT CLIENTS

I have been their client over a year. Everything has not been smooth sailing but all my creditors where getting PAID good and well. Last week one of my creditors ( bond) notifies me there has been a default on my payments with then of R800.00 when I call debt rescue I couldn’t get a clear explanation why my bond was reduced by R800.00 I have spoken to Shaya, Lucy, Nompumelelo, Victoria ( on which she made a HUGE mistake as well but that is not the reason for this post) I asked that I should pay my bond myself without using their distribution method. Now for some odd reason they have increase my monthly payment with R800.00 even with my annual increase which is due 2021 January my increase is not that much. I have been emailing, calling which I get a different agent all the time… nobody is getting back to me… who ever is responsible for whats app ignores me flat out… I NEED A JOSEPH WHO IS THE TEAM LEADER TO CALL ME … I have been waiting for his call I don’t know for how long.
