They dont care about us

I contacted debt rescue in January, I explained my situation to the consultant Vicky.

The reason I am applying for debt review is because my commission is not what it was last year, Yet the application was considered on last years salary. While doing some research I got back to her and she sent me a quote and told me but it has to be within the next few days or its invalid. I Asked her aswell what is the fees I will be paying, she advised that it will be R8300 rand I asked is that all she said yes. Now I find our my fees is 8300 plus another R9000 that comes from where?

I feel that I am in a worst situation than what I was in before because my instalments are high and my commission is low.

I asked if it cannot be adjusted as I sent proof of my now much lower salary now and they said no they cant.

I am ever so sorry I signed the first paper.

I have not yet paid my first instalment but if there is any other debt agencies that can help me please contact me I will switch in an instant for better service.

I have also been contacting Neo regarding process and everything, I asked simple things to call me back and they cant even do that I feel I could rather make arrangements with my creditors and I will be much better off.
