They DO NOT care.

During the process of requesting my clearance certificate, I opened up my soul to this lady and initially received understanding and response. I was delighted that the process was better than expected but, upon contacting credit bureaus to confirm that the relevant changes to my porfolio had been made, I was advised that they require specific confirmation from DR in order to uplift / remove the flag. I sent this request directly to the person that had helped me, and needless to say after countless emails back and forth, tens of calls I have made where I am advised not only is the person unavailable, the team leader as well as the department is unavailable. They don't return your calls, they ignore emails, and when they do reply, they reply with incorrect information. I simply do not know how to go about getting the relevant information in ordee to close this process. They do not care.
