They are not paying my Edagrs account, even though I pay them

I complained on 17 August about our Edgars account with Debt Rescue. We started with Debt review in 2017. Since then we paid about R500 each month to Edgars (or let's say we paid Debt Rescue who are supposed to pay our debtors). Now we get a credit review that we still owe over R7000 on Edgars (keep in mind that we started out with a balance of just over R16000 in 2017). And according to the credit report on Clearscore, the Edgars account were cleared last year sometime and then no payments were made and somewhere we have a new balance, even though we did not and cannot buy on the account? I demand an explanation!!!! We just have to keep on paying while they are not paying our debtors and giving us a bad credit score as Clearscore indicates that Edgars was not paid for over 6 months? Where is this money going then????
