The worst service ever.

We have been paying for basically a year now, and they keep telling me that they are battling to get certificates of balances for our accounts (mine and hubby's), yet they are still paying them monthly so no court order can be received. Every time we ask them for answers via email and phone calls we just get told that they will get back to us. we are now receiving messages from our creditors stating that they are going to start the process of removing the accounts from debt rescue as no court orders have been obtained.

I feel this is very bad service and would like urgent answers as to what is happening with our case and confirmation that the court order will be obtained as a matter of urgency.
