The worst ever!!!!!!! 3 months done paying and still listed!

Im actually really annoyed with Debt Rescue. These people called me everyday when i had to start with the payments, I have now finished paying my account in December 2019 and its now March 2020 and i am still not cleared at the ITC. Im still listed as under debt review, which is really frustrating as i cannot get any kind of credit with this existing indicator. I have called and emailed and i keep being sent to pillar to post and i must call this and that credit bureau. I need someone to please help me remove the indicator, i finished paying almost 3 months ago. How long does it take. Probably the worst thing i did for myself because i am stuck. They were so helpful at the beginning and arranging for payments but now they are slacking when i am done paying them. Now i must find my own way when they were very forward at the start. Please update your systems and get ITC to update theirs. You guys are wasting my time.
