The worst Debt Councilor is South Africa

Anybody that is considering using Debt Rescue as a Debt Councilor, think twice!!! To their credit, they are very good at helping you to get to the the stage where a court order is issued and you start to pay your creditors as per this court order. After this, you are on your own and you will get no support from them. They wrongly stopped payment on my vehicle finance account. I contacted them to tell them about it, but three months down the line (with me following up regularly) they still have not sorted it out and I am concerned that I may lose my car. They even stopped responding to my enquiries. I contacted their complaints department, but all I got back is "your email has been escalated to our Customer Service Department". I contacted the Complaint department because the "Customer Service Department" does nothing to resolve this issue......! What a joke!
