The worst company ever!!!

I have been fighting with Debt rescue for 4 months now. They stopped paying one of my accounts about 2 years ago. When all my other account were finally paid this year they told me then that they could not hand over my clearance letter as there is still one account in debt. When I asked them what happened they told me that my Creditor did not let them know that they will terminate the account and now I still owe the creditor. I did send them the letter of termination that the creditor sent them 2 years ago. Still waiting for an answer. Please also see that every complaint always have the same response on HP. NOT EVEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN.
