The worst company

I have never in my life had a dissapointment as big as I had recently!

A few years back me and my husband went to Debt Rescue and after a while all our debt was paid in full. Debt rescue issued our certificate December 2019 and assured us our names are cleared. Now (2022) we have submitted all our paperwork and we want to purchace a property and all the banks are coming back saying rejected as I am under debt review.

Turns out Debt Rescue did not do what they were supposed to, they cleared my husbands name with all banks but they didnt do anything to clear my name. Im in a situation where if its not cleared this in 15 days and bond is approved, we will not be getting the property.

When calling them they refuse to understand tje problem was with them and when I get upset they dont want to help me further.

Debt Review is the most frustrating company as they cannot even just try, they just tell me 'we did send you a screenshot and the certificate'. This doesnt help, I need my name cleared with the bank but they are too busy and unresponsive and apparently according to them not wrong.

I myself reached out to Experian SA today and they logged a call and request with the NCR to find out about the red flag and now we are still waiting.

I am doing Debt Rescues work now and quite frankly I feel it is unfair
