The worst

I have been with Debt Rescue for since 2015 and I wouldn't recommend them to any of my family or friends.

When they need you to sign up they offer the best service and are so efficient (anything for a sale I guess).

Once you have signed on the dotted line you are lucky to get a response if you email enquiries. You need to email a few times.

After paying my Lewis account for a few months they stopped paying it which for me meant that it was paid off. Until the account started showing again on my statement. I sent an email enquiry in Nov 2018 and till his day I never for a response.

This year I enquired about another account that had a much less balance of my statement. I asked Debt Rescue to update my balance and guess what? The Lewis account is back.

The statements are misleading. Debt Rescue don't provide the peace of mind that I was hoping for even though I have never missed a payment.
