The reason for the 4star is the fact that I had minimal issues excepting 1 account which was later resolved . Process to zero my debt excellent . Process to clear my record from the credit bureau simply appalling. A special word of thanks to my Hero of the day, Matseliso, it took you less than 10min on the phone to resolve my problem .
