The best Staff and Support system
As my process nears the end of a very well-managed and supportive journey with Debt Rescue, I feel compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I have received throughout this emotionally challenging period since COVID-2020.
Every single staff member I have dealt with across various departments — from IPDA statements to the monitoring team guiding me through the final stages — has been professional, supportive, and genuinely committed to assisting me every step of the way.
Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with DESTENEY VAN SCHALKWYK, who went above and beyond her required duties by proactively forwarding information that greatly assisted me with my tracking and planning efforts. As someone making additional payments to expedite the process, the information she provided has been invaluable in helping me make informed decisions as I work toward my goal of closing off this process by 31 December 2026.
