Thank you Memory Oosthuizen, You ROCK!!!

I'd like to really appreciate the help from Memory Oosthuizen from Debt Rescue who assisted me by clarifying all the frustration I had in connection to withdrawal of my application. I had sent several email before with no response but after her involvement in the case, things started moving. Although the issue is not yet resolved, I now know the steps to follow and what is required from my side. She was also kind enough to let me know if I am confused or frustrated at any state of my case I can contact her to assist. She really listened to what I needed and not what she thought I needed.
