After numerous trouble and not receiving any feedback from Debt Rescue about an account where I was being charged the wrong interest on, Janika Marais stepped in from the complaints department and really persisted to sort my matter out and get a reconciliation done. It took her almost a year but she never gave up and constantly kept me in the loop. I was really fed up with Debt Rescue before she stepped but she really changed my mind after the great outcome she got for me.
