I hand my debt to Debt Rescue. We had one problem with Rage, our records showed that we had settled the account but they wanted me to pay an additional R6000.00 which I would, Rage then said ok just pay R2000.00 we will mark the account as settled. I still refused. I was pulling out my hair, as a certain Consultant at Debt Rescue was just not giving me the service, I was about to log a complaint against Rage and Debt Rescue with the NCR but I thought let's give Debt Rescue one more chance. I called Debt Rescue and asked to speak to a Manager the very helpful receptionist asked if she could get the Team Leader Erika Moodley to call me. Erika called me back and within a week she had solved the issue with Rage. Rage had not allocated the payments to my account. What was taking 1 year 6months to sort out by the other Debt Rescue Consultants, Erika solved it in one week. Thank you so much Erik Moodley for your excellent service.
