Terrible service, not trustworthy at all

Terrible service - very quick to take your money but useless after joining their program. I have been struggling to get a hold of my "debt counsellor" for 5 years. Been struggling to get my clearance certificate for weeks. Sent numerous emails an did hundreds of phone calls-you always talk to a new person or gets transfered to another department and nobody seem to be able to help you or know what is going on on their database and systems. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in this organisation.
