Terrible Service - Nobody Cares

We have been with Debt Rescue since October, our overdrafts have been included in the process, yet we are still paying interest on the overdrafts on our personal accounts, as well as to Debt Rescue. I have queried this over and over and nothing gets done about it. We are just going further and further into debt, when this company is supposed to be helping us. Worst decision to use them.
