Terrible service from debt Rescue SA clear my name ASAP!

Since receiving the clearnace letters in March 2021 .my husband is still listed as under debt review we tried to upgrade his cell contract yesterday and the debt review came up we can't get my daughter a laptop please please can we urgently get this resolved Antonio Neil Campbell ID *** I am not sure as to why after almost a year of struggling ,after settling your accounts debt rescue doesnt care they offer no assitance in getting your name off debt review after one year we are still battling i need my name off debtreview on all platforms how is still showing debt review at CELL C after one year ,debt rescue will email the clearance certificates to the credit companys and do nothing else to remove your name ,but quick to convince on how to join how theywill assist you ,you are only a client as long as you are paying and they getting a fee once accounts paid up you mean nothing you are on your own
