TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM DEBT RESCUE

I am very disappointed. I paid you for five years, without missing a payment, and I paid all my debt up in March 2020 ..i followed up to get in all my paid up letters, and I assumed you will arrange everything because that what you promised me when I signed up. In May 2020, I followed up and found out that you never issued a clearance certificate to the credit bureaus and had to send emails complaining. You informed me that you will now send to the credit bureaus my clearance certificate and it will take 2 months for the credit bureaus to clean my name. In the middle of July I followed up with the credit bureaus and told me that my name is STILL FLAGGED BECAUSE DEBT RESCUE MUST TAKE OFF MY FLAGGED STATUS. They now apparently removed my..or that is what they are saying...but now I have to wait another two months..and i lost out financially. What also really upset me was there wasn't even an apology for this major inconvenience that they caused. I am really upset with Debt Rescue!!
