TERRIBLE SERVICE
I've been in debt review for 6 years! When I joined no one told me it could take this long! I've provided evidence that I'm no longer over indebted however no matter how many times I call or email no one bothers to get back to you. They suck you in but when you want to get out and have the ability to do so, no one helps you. I have paid up letters that have not been provided to me. I have arrears on an account, however I have been paying them. Your service is pathetic.
