Terrible service

Good day

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Debt Rescue. Despite being a diligent client who has never defaulted on a payment since enrolling in debt review, I have experienced subpar service that has not met my expectations.

Specifically, I have encountered the following issues:

1. Unpaid creditors: Despite my timely payments, creditors have not received payments since June 2023. 2. Lack of follow-up: Debt Rescue has failed to follow up on outstanding amounts on my accounts. 3. No request for paid-up letters: Debt Rescue has not requested paid-up letters for accounts that they claim have been paid up, justifying the non-payments on accounts since June 2023. I have now been handed over to lawyers due to these non payments.

I request that these matters be rectified as soon as possible. I expect a higher level of service, especially considering I am paying for debt review. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address these issues.
