Terrible service

I never use to follow up with the distribution that Debt rescue is in charge off. I finally investigated and made contact with the companies that I have accounts with that is in the debt counseling agreement. Some of the accounts was paid up a year ago and others a few months back. But on my statement from Debt rescue it shows that there are payments to the accounts that was paid up and settled. I queried why I am paying for accounts that is no longer relevant. WHAT HAPPEND TO ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO TO THE OTHER ACCOUNTS. Debt rescue couldn’t give me factual answers. Standard Bank handed me over to attorneys due to no payment. Next step are NCR
