Terrible Service
I have been paid up since 2021. The customer service from Debt Rescue has been horrible. I have not been able to get my clearance certificate due to some dispute with Standard Bank. I went to Standard Bank who directed me to MBD who in turn redirected me to Debt Rescue. I have been going in circles since 2021 with absolutely no assistance from Debt Rescue who was supposed to handle these issues. I have been sending numerous emails with no help or feedback.
