Terrible Service

I signed up with Debt Rescue in 2015, my last payment was in July 2019 and I was debt free. To my surprise, when I app**** for a car finance as I am in desperate need of a car my application was declined due to my name still reflecting as if I am under debt review. When I phone them, I got a shock that they still needed to get clearance letter from my previous debtors from a year ago. I took the matter to their complaints department and spoke to Edwin, I was casually advised that the process takes about 8 weeks to have my name cleared while I am suffering due to their incompetence!!!! Even after explaining to them how urgent this matter is, they are not willing to go out of their was to rectify their mistake. I actually regret choosing them.
