Terrible service
They have inconvenienced my life and they are not helpful at all, intact they made things worse for me. Paid my debt of in middle May 2018 already only received a clearance letter on 13 August 2018, pass by if you experience financial difficulties at any stage in your life they even transferred monies over that I paid to incorrect accounts and it is all reflecting on my credit profile now. Terrible service
