Terrible customer Service

I just received a call from a credit provider with regards to the arrears on my Direct Axis account. They advised me that my Debt review application is in the process of being terminated. How is this possible when you have received your debit order amounts each month. I explained to the consultant that I don't make the payments your company does and I was not even advised on a counter offer, like with the other creditor.

This process has put me into a worse off financial situation. Because none of my accounts were in arrears before starting the process. I've sent the confirmatory affidavit to Attorneys in November 2023 and I've had no feedback since. I followed up again to advise has everything been finalized and have received no feedback.

Debt Rescue received 3 instalments when I started this process, Instalments I could have used to make arrangements with the creditors myself. You receive your fees each month with the attorneys and now me as the customer needs to be phoning around and receive collections calls. When I called and asked what is my best option your agents advised debt review because once creditors take legal action you cant assist, hence me contacting you before I feel into arrears. Its going for 6 months, I was told this process should not take that long.

I've followed all your instructions and have cooperated. Your debit order goes off when it is supposed to and I have been cooperative as instructed. Your service delivery to customers in distress is not what you advertise it to be. This is very disappointing. Now I must call the debt review departments for all my credits to find out what's going on. How do I possibly do this when I don't fully understand the process and go on the follow up I receive from your team. This is not fair on customers, had your team advised to say please make arrangement to pay arrears on your accounts where you it accumulating. I would have called in to make arrangements. But I was told that your company will handle and speak to creditors.
