Terrible communication and no support

What an absolute frustration. I have been on with Debt Rescue for 3 years, communication has never been as bad as this. I asked for my settlement amount 5 times over a week and a half and I have received no correspondence except for a mail saying that my request has been received. I requested a call back, which never came, I called and couldn't get through, I've sent emails and NOTHING.

I just want my settlement amount so that I can get off of debt review but no one wants to assist! Even just to acknowledge that they are in the process of getting the settlement amount. I was told not to take the amount on my statements into consideration as they are incorrect, so how do I know what is left to pay?
