Terrible client service and communication

I have been with debt recue for years. Unfortunately not with the best experience. for two years we had problems solving our home loan account where the creditor kept on phoning us through lawyers that they do not receive the money - it took about two years for debt recue to have that sorted, thank goodness that is sorted now. Unfortunately we have a whole new problem now, my vehicle finance was settled in October 2020 already and debt recue received the paid up letter only to still deduct the amount every month. That money was wrongfully deducted up until now - I expected debt rescue to refund that money to me - since they should have stopped deducting it in October 2021 already. after numerous emails back and forth with basically the same answer every time - they just informed me that it has been distributed amongst creditors. The customer service and email correspondence is terrible. And obviously the admin as well. I just wish I could get out from debt rescue. It seems like it will never happen - I have been with them since 2017. I will need to wait and see if they are still going to deduct the vehicle amount with the installment this month again for the 8th month after the vehicle was settled.
