Terrible after service , don't be fooled.

What a load of *******, always happy to debit your account , but can not reply to an email in 2 months, You always get a different person when you phone in, and then you have to explain yourself over and over again, after some hard talk you get promised the moon and stars and then BOOM, that person also disappears, I've sent Dora 4 emails in 1 week after she promised she will sort out my query, and no answer , not even a reply on a mail. All of my accounts have been settled, bar 1, and they still went ahead and paid them even after they received all of the paid up letters from me, what a struggle to get them to refund the money they wrongly paid to the other debtors, and pay off the 1 account I still have with them. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO TAKE YOU IN , BUT THE LACK OF SERVICE AFTERWARDS IS RIDICULOUS.
