Supposed to help, not make things worse!!!

I am beyond words at this point..., I have app**** for debt restructuring a few months back, after having had a terrible experience with another firm prior, I had read up on debt rescue and the onboarding process was good, but oh boy, all of that flew out of the window the second that was wrapped up!! I had switched jobs about a month after I signed up, communicated on several occasions with these people that my affordability has changed..., ALOT, as I had to take a massive pay cut, this went ignored. Then, finally I was told to sign a debit order cancellation form, as I had stated that I cannot afford the current calculated repayment plan. I signed the document, thinking all was well, it wasn't. 1st of October 2000 rands is deducted from my bank account, the debit order was never cancelled. I have been mailing since Friday, NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING!! I am livid!! I need that money for medical expenses, groceries etc. THAT IS WHY I COMMUNICATED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT MY REPAYMENT NEEDS TO BE RECALCULATED!! I AM BEYOND WORDS AT THE APPALLING TREATMENT, NO, COMPLETE SILENCE FROM DEBT RESCUE, I NEED ANSWERS AND MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!

Really?! My so called feedback was a request for "proof" that I had communicated my change of financial status to the company, which I had provided minutes after the phone call ended, yesterday after five pm.

Today at just before 2pm I receive an email, from yet another different person trying to push the previous payment agreement on me. I have provided the feedback and I have provided the proof of my communication whereby I have stated at least THREE TIMES that I cannot afford the amount of the initial repayment plan as my affordability changed due to a change in employment, and... NOTHING??

I DON'T WANT A PHONE CALL, I DON'T WANT A GENERIC TEMPLATE RESPONSE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT SOMEONE COMPETENT TO CONTACT ME IN ORDER TO HAVE MY REPAYMENT PLAN RECALCULATED!!
