Superb Customer Service from Chanelle Sampson

I would like to take this opportunity to specifically thank one outstanding lady working at Debt Rescue. Chanelle Sampson, in the Customer Service Department, who went over and above in assisting me to settle my last outstanding accounts, ensuring that all the paid up letters were logged to their systems and after receiving my final paid up letter, immediately setting in motion the process of having a clearance certificate issued to me. This is still an ongoing process and I am looking forward in receiving my clearance certificate soon and finally be able to breath a sigh of relieve that all my debt has finally been settled and that I made it through the rigorous debt review process in one piece and wiser on managing debt.
