Such poor, impersonal, frustrating, inadequate service

When I app**** to go under Debt review with debt resuce it was an absolute breeze - the people were so helpful and quick to respond and assist me as it was a very stressful period at the time.

When I was able to go off debt review it was a total nightmare and possibly even more stressfull than being drowned in debt.

The process for going off debt review through Debt Resuce is painful. People are so unhelpful (Except Bernice). You have to stay on top of them because now that they are no longer recieving your money they treat you like you were never a paying customer before.

After months and months I finally have all my clearance letters and clearance certifiactes from Debt Resuce - which was a nightmare to get done on its own - no one at Debt Rescue ever told me that this was something I had to do - they just stopped debiting my account and left me alone so I thought I was done and it was all in the past - I was very mistaken.

I had to follow up wiht credit bearueas after the clearance letters were sent - one or two said they never recieved anything from Debt Resuce - I contacted them again. HANIFA simply resent the documetns to the very same email that does not work - how unprofessional.

What do I have to do to get this nightmare over with??????????????/

Good day,

We appreciate the feedback provided regarding your experience with service rendered during the debt review exit process.

It is through honest feedback that we can improve our internal processes and provide our valued clients with an exceptional service from the beginning of the debt review process until the end.

We notice that you initially requested to withdraw from debt review through an application to be declared no longer over indebted which entails lodging a court application to a Magistrate's court. This process is lengthy when compared to the Clearance Certificate option which you eventually utilised.

The Credit Bureaus are informed via the National Credit Regulator's Debt Help system of a consumer's withdrawal from the debt review process. This system was updated accordingly on our end, however, it takes between 20 working days - 3 months for the Credit Bureaus to update their systems.

We will contact you shortly on the provided details to discuss your experience.

Regards,

Debt Rescue Team
