Strong delays when one has to recieve a clearance certificate

I have been taken from here to there when it comes getting my clearance certificate until yesterday when i requested that i get it without it being commissioned as i beleieved maybe i could do it myself at the local Police station. The staff is supportive yes but the lengthy process is not helping because it is so quick when u are a new sale but when u need to have a clearance u are taken up and down as u are told is procedural and protocol. Can someone high up in the company help me get my commissioned clearance certificate please.. It has been well over 2 months since i started this whole process nd being told to wait for another set of weeks isnt helping.. Can the Lockdown also not be used as an excuse
