Still waiting...

After I cancelled my debt review MANY years back I phoned Debt Rescue in February because I was still listed under debt review.i asked them I want to remove my name because I paid up all my accounts about a year or two ago.the lady told me if I email all the paid up letters they will issue a letter removing debt review WITHIN MAX THREE WEEKS.i struggled with Capitec because I was not near a branch.i did email my credit report showing its been paid up.they refused the report as proof and I finally went to capitec and got a letter.i emailed everything to them AGAIN. About a week after Fatima told me they'll keep me updated what's happening I still haven't heard from them I emailed again she told me they are still waiting for a account with two account numbers to find out if it was linked.I contacted the company and they helped me immediately!I emailed the proof.I did another follow up a week after that because this is ridiculous as I asked them it was urgent.they told me it will take another two weeks and now they ignore me.its more than a month now in total I still don't have my letter.
