STILL GIVEING PATHETIC SERVICE

You failed to fulfill what you promised, not all my creditors were paid. I guess I had no choice but to sort it out myself since it's my profile anyway. I called yesterday to find out who to send paid up letters to. No agent was available in customer service and I was advised to leave my details so that I can be contacted back, this was told to me by an agent in collections. Till now no one has contacted me. I want my name removed from the debt review, I am not at fault, I have done the best I can from my side but you guys are HORRIBLE to work with. Can I have someone to sort this out.
