STILL awaiting clearance certificate...

I signed up with Debt Rescue when covid hit. I was afraid of being able to honor my commitments due to lockdown, - so i decided to put myself on debt review. A year after all my accounts are paid up and I'm still battling to get my clearance certificate, in order to get the tag removed from my name on credit bureau's. For a company that's rated top debt review company in SA, - I must say I have no faith in them having this sorted. E-mail after e-mail and no joy. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
