Stefanie - Thank you for your amazing service and support

This review is specifically aimed at Stefanie Rossouw, of the Email Unit - Customer Service Department.

Previously, I have not had a good experience with Debt Rescue, however Stefanie took it upon herself to take over all my concerns, complaints, and at times, pure panic, with extreme professionalism, patience and care. I was very close to moving my service to another provider, but Stefanie has single handedly changed my entire view of the company.

What stands out most during my interaction with Stefanie, is her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. She is patient in answering all my questions, explaining the process thoroughly, and ensures I feel comfortable every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and I finally feel confident that I am incapable hands.

Furthermore, Stefanie is going above and beyond to deliver on her promises, demonstrating her dedication to her work and her clients. I am excited to ride the rest of the journey with Stefanie by my side.
