Thank you, Stefanie for always attending to my emails and replying to them when I contact you. Just wish that the clearance department answer emails and concerns the same way you do, it will a major improvement in services.

i have paid up all my debt and sent my paid up letters when i settled and again I had to forward all paid up letters again to the clearance department even when I have forwarded to debt rescue and Stefanie sent it to the clearance department for their records. But somehow i had to resend all those paid up letters.
