STD Bank Home Loan

I'm currently under review and my Home Loan Account is currently with Debt Rescue. It happened that STD Bank cancelled my debt review on their side due to a misunderstanding between them and Debt Rescue. STD Bank resorted to handing me over to their debt collection agents and they hounded me each and every day even on weekends. I got frustrated considering that i was involved in whatever transpired between the companies and I had not defaulted.

The whole bickering of my account started last year November. I then contacted Debt Rescue wanting to know what's going on. My matter was handled by a lady from Debt Rescue called Lihle Mkhaliphi. What a professional Debt Rescue has in this lady. She managed to calm me down and explained exactly what had happened. Apparently there was misunderstanding between STD bank and Debt Rescue regarding a debt cascading and now there was an offset amount that I needed to pay but she ensured that that matter got resolved without me having to make any payment.

She kept in touch with me ensuring that she relays the status of my issue even though STD Bank's agents kept hounding me. She advised me to ignore them though it was hard but advised that they are engaging STD Bank and my issue has been escalated higher. Ultimately my issue was resolved. She sent me an email and also called to inform me of the resolution. Debt Rescue has an asset in this lady and it needs more people like her. It wasn't the first time she resolved my issue hence whenever I call Debt Rescue, I ask for her because she makes one to forget that they are a client and reassures you that she will exhaust whatever means availed to her to resolve whatever issue you may have.
