Stay away - Not a company you want to try.

If you are in a situation where you need to use this company for settling your debt, Do not .. I repeat , Do not use them.

Been with them for the past 4 - 5 years and I asked them I would like to try and settle my accounts by December 2021. We are currently in May 2022 and i still have not received a clearance letter . every time i send a mail it takes days to get feedback and it usually is the same "your account is at clearance " or "we are awaiting a paid up letter " . even after i decided to put pressure on the creditors to send me all the required letters and paid up letters I am still awaiting some form of feedback that can indicate when i can be cleared.

this company has no idea what they are doing and they do not have a way to trace what creditors have ben paid.

You are better of talking to your creditors yourself and making arrangements.

Always excuses and no communication.

They clearly don't care about your livelihood and the urgency of the matter.
