Stay away from Debt Rescue

When u show interest via their website, you get a call in a few minutes. Getting all the info ready, and documentation to sign up and accept, is brilliantly fast. But alas, as soon as docs are signed, the fast service is gone. The WhatsApp link tells you a agent will phone you. Maybe you'll get a call after 2 days. They even admit that it can take 2 days, wich is fine, but then at least you expect that when you phone them, you should be able to get hold of someone, but this also seems impossible. It's been 1 week now trying to get feedback regarding a serious problem I currently have. The once or twice I manage to get hold of someone they can't assist me, and tell me to phone the bank. When I phone the Bank, they tell me to phone Debt Rescue. I'm hoping that via this platform, that Debt Rescue can assist me with my query, and to also prevent other vulnerable over indebted people can learn from my mistakes
