This company puts you in a worse position than before applying for review. They sell terms of 5 to 6 years but once signed up they extended it to 11 years. How is this even possible to hold a consumer hostage for 11years? Seriously?

03 Jul 2025, 13:03I approached this company for help, everything sounded good till i signed the paperwork then it turned into a nightmare. after numerous attempts to find an affordable way forward for me as the client and ultimatums by this company i decided to withdraw from them and seek other assistance. Now i get hit with huge bills, more threats etc and they just pass the buck. it seems they want things their way, and stuff the client. how they can be voted and rated so highly baffles me.
