Standing to lose my house thanks to Debt Rescue

Debt Rescue let me down - AGAIN!! I received a notification from ABSA informing me that they are starting the process of terminating my home loan from the debt review process, as I have defaulted on my payment. I don't make the payments, Debt Rescue does. From the message it seems that ABSA is looking at selling my house. I informed Debt Rescue on 8 May 2024 of an increase reminder that ABSA sent out. On 28 May 2024 (20 days later) I got a message from Debt Rescue to say that a ticket has been logged. On 31 May 2024 I got a message from Debt Rescue that my ticket has been assigned for resolution. I checked today (15 Aug 2024), 75 days after the message that the ticket is assigned for resolution, and the ticket still shows "Being Processed". Please stay away from this company!!!!! They are very good at helping you to get into the debt review process, but then you are on your own, while they are taking your money every month.
