SO UNHAPPY
I have been paying paying off my debt religiously since mid 2020, and i have received my monthly statements. Now when i am nearing the end i received a call from one of my creditors to inform me that they have not received a payment for the last month and then to discover that i still owe them quite a substantial amount. But according to the consumer statements i received from Debt Rescue the particular account for that creditor was paid up. I pay a fee for Debt Rescue's services, should they not ensure they get regular statements / balances from creditor to ensure they dont provide "false" information to their clients!?!?
