SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE EXTREME TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have had terrible experience for 2 years with Debt Rescue with my motor vehicle account. In 2019 I went through an ordeal when they were not paying the MV account as per schedule I was harrased by Debt Collectors until it was eventually resolved. I actually had to go and sit in at their offices to get help even when you get there they say the matter is escalated. Its like a cycle of frustration the same thing is happening I am going through hell with the same account getting calls from Blakes and Associates (Pty) LTD on behalf of Standard Bank demanding that I pay the interest which I dont even know how it accumulated. Debt Rescue will tell you they are engaging with the Standard Bank Debt Review section unit but the collectors dont stop harrassing you. I REGRET the day I enrolled with them I thought my life will be better knowing my the creditors are paid if I knew what I know now I would have not put myself in the hell hole that I am in.
