Slow service regarding application for debt review
Before I decided to go with Debt Rescue I had a look at their ratings which looked fine. I started to engage on their online platform submitting documentation on the 4th of October 2024. Next I engaged Lebo on WhatsApp , repetitive. Seems left hand does not know where right doodle is . Fine resending documents getting documents to complete with Tamlyn,while Eugene and Thobeka is waiting for debicheck in great haste. Communication path directory is not clear. I will send info requested,no it must be on a specific document. ( document) never supp**** only later. All these issues is lack of oversight and dedication +commitment. Today 2024-10-21 I send an email to Tamlyn enquiring progress of my debt review application. I will be phoned. Be clear and transparent please. Otherwise I will rat the whole time an email or a phone call can make a massive difference in the life of a client from your side.
